Gregg Auerbach starts his days early—usually by 5:30 AM—diving into the news and market research to help clients focus on what truly matters to their financial goals. As managing partner and portfolio manager, he regularly reviews client portfolios and prepares for thoughtful conversations that help shape long-term plans.

What sets Gregg apart is his commitment to really listening to his clients’ concerns, hopes, and priorities. He believes that effective planning begins with a deep understanding of what matters most to each person or family he works with. This personal, values-based approach shapes every strategy he builds.

Gregg co-founded Meadowbrook Advisors to go beyond traditional wealth management—offering personalized advice and services that help clients feel supported and empowered. Before Meadowbrook, Gregg spent nearly 20 years co-leading The Auerbach Group at RBC Wealth Management. He began his financial career at J.B. Hanauer, a municipal bond firm based in Newark, NJ.

In an earlier chapter of his life, Gregg earned a Doctor of Dental Surgery (DDS) degree from the University of Medicine and Pharmacy in Bucharest, Romania—a background that speaks to both his discipline and care for others.

Who is someone you admire, and why?
I admire my father, who passed away in 2014. A Holocaust survivor, he felt life was a blessing and instilled in me the values of hard work and never complaining.

What’s your favorite book?
Team of Rivals: The Political Genius of Abraham Lincoln by Doris Kearns Goodwin.

Favorite words to live by?
A line in the poem “If” by Rudyard Kipling: “If you can fill the unforgiving minute with sixty seconds’ worth of distance run, Yours is the Earth and everything that’s in it, And—which is more—you’ll be a Man, my son!”

Causes you care about?
Early childhood education.

I whistle all the time.

Happiest doing, outside work?
This will come as no surprise to anyone who knows me, I am happiest when spending time with my three children—traveling or being at home!!
